Here's how it works:

1. Activate your test here and add your unique reference number which is in your order confirmation email.
2. Send your sample: we’ve included some simple instructions here. Send your sample TODAY!
3. Receive your results: we’ll email and text to let you know we’ve received your sample safely, and send your results PDF by email 3-5 days later.

Samples can take up to 3 weeks to reach our lab. We receive regular shipments, but postal times can vary. Please wait the full 3 weeks before sending a second sample to avoid duplicates.

When your sample arrives at the lab our quality assurance team will make sure that your sample is labelled correctly and has enough sample for us to test. If we see any issues a member of our team will reach out to you.

Once your sample passes through quality assurance and is logged into our system, you’ll receive an email confirming that it’s safely received. Your results will be available within 3-5 days of receipt.
